Please find the Job Description below: Join Oakridge International School Gachibowli as Director of Admissions & Marketing We’re seeking a bold, commercially-minded leader to spearhead Marketing, Admissions & Communications (MAC) at Oakridge International School Gachibowli (Hyderabad, India). This is a Senior Leadership Team role for an experienced marketing and/or sales professional ready to build a brand, drive customer acquisition, and lead strategic growth in one of India’s leading international schools. About the role As our Director of Admissions & Marketing you will: Lead the strategic direction of Marketing, Admissions, and Communications Drive enrolment growth through data-driven campaigns and conversion strategies Build the school brand through compelling storytelling, media, and events Collaborate across departments to align commercial goals with educational excellence Inspire and lead a high-performing team to deliver measurable results About us Oakridge International School Gachibowli is part of the Oakridge Group and one of India’s leading international schools. About you We would love to welcome the right person to Oakridge Gachibowli, to lead our marketing, admissions and communications function and meet challenging commercial targets. To be successful in this role you will have: A minimum seven years’ experience in a senior sales or marketing role Working with senior colleagues, the ability to plan and execute the strategic marketing, admissions and communications direction for the school and achieve challenging KPIs. Outstanding sales skills, including a natural story-teller’s ability to bring the school to life for parents and other stakeholders A creative eye and untamed imagination to build the school’s reputation and attract families with memorable messaging, media and events A talent for collaborating with both teachers and non-teaching staff alike, to align their goals with your own and drive performance A leadership style that embraces inclusion, imparts confidence and inspires success To find the best people, we have to be exceptional.
