The Senior Marketing Project Manager leads brand and creative projects within the Creative Lab Team for Corporate Marketing. The role requires strong problem-solving skills with meticulous planning and execution. The candidate should have social intelligence, enthusiasm, and the ability to work with and across teams. A strategic mindset about business priorities, ownership, drive, and resourcefulness are essential, along with flexibility and the ability to anticipate needs. Responsibilities/Accountabilities
Collaborate with corporate marketing teams (Creative Lab & Web) across inbound and outbound projects, including campaigns. Work with the project sponsor and cross-functional teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives. Strategize and build strategic project plans and contribute to the enhancement of project management and operations. Manage program, project teams, and creative agency partners for optimal ROI and coordinate cross-project initiatives. Identify key requirements from cross-functional teams and external vendors. Develop and manage the budget for projects and deliver against established business goals/objectives. Identify risks and opportunities across a projects cross-functional workstreams in collaboration with stakeholders. Apply established processes to enhance team execution by setting workflows and identifying inefficiencies to improve. Prepare, maintain, and submit clear progress reports. You Bring
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience. 8+ years of marketing experience with a history of working on various project types, marketing platforms, and channels including digital. Agency/consultancy or in-house studio experience or experience working with several agency partners. Ability to bring structure to a fluid environment, encourage creativity, and maintain order. Understanding of agile and creative campaign management. Experience using project management tools; Workfront experience is a plus. Solution-oriented with a track record of implementing innovative solutions. Strong drive to get things done. Seniority level
