Inspire and manage a talented team of producers, designers, and freelancers. Collaboration:
Work closely with the VP of Marketing Communications to attract top creative talent. Operational Excellence:
Turn creative concepts into actionable plans that meet budgets and deadlines. Brand Identity:
Shape our in-restaurant design elements and maintain a cohesive customer journey. Content Development:
Oversee digital content that aligns with our brand templates and enhances user experience. Experience and Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field, along with 7+ years of creative leadership experience, preferably in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industries. Essential Skills:
Proven ability to drive innovative marketing strategies, excellent communication skills, operational mindset, proficiency in design tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite), and a strong understanding of consumer behavior. Working Environment:
