Location: Los Angeles, CaliforniaJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $50 - 55 per hourWe are looking to hire a Senior Digital Designer to support our retail clients web and digital design needs as they prepare for the holiday seasons! In this role you'll use design and creativity to drive business objectives while ensuring the brand relevant and aligned with customer needs.Responsibilities:Your Impact & ContributionsDesign and scale creative assets for digital campaigns, web, and mobile apps within Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite tools.Innovate and transform creative campaigns into dynamic, app- and web-based solutions that meet customer needs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI and copywriting partners, to bring integrated, brand-building solutions to life.Champion quality and craftsmanship, ensuring all digital designs meet or exceed expectations and adhere to our brand's living design and enterprise guidelines.Guide and mentor fellow designers through engaging walkthroughs and training sessions on template execution and asset creation.Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, providing strategic insights that keep our brand at the cutting edge.Qualifications:5+ years of experience designing for digital experiences in a senior role with a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Fine Arts, or a related field.A proven track record of creating successful digital design systems, showcased in an exceptional portfolio.Skills within wireframe architecture/prototyping and building templates that will live within the Figma library.Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite is essential.A working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and After Effects is ideal in order to support a variety of requests.A strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design and ADA compliance.Demonstrated ability to inspire and guide partners and teams with strong leadership and communication skills.
