We are seeking a Graphic Designer 3 to join our Boston HQ team, reporting to the Director of Global Stores. This role focuses on creating brand-right, innovative, and scalable marketing plans for Converse stores. You will work cross-functionally with Global Retail Concepts, internal Marketing and Design teams, business leads, and external vendors to deliver impactful retail marketing assets and experiences.

Schedule: Onsite (Monday-Friday, 9 AM- 5 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

Retail Marketing Execution

  • Translate marketing briefs into comprehensive, high-quality assets for Converse stores
  • Develop integrated marketing plans, guidelines, and 365 storytelling across retail formats
  • Manage feedback, coordinate releases to geographies, and provide post-launch insights

Retail Concepts & Store Standards

  • Design marketing strategies, brand filters, zoning priorities, and visual standards
  • Create assets and training tools for product presentation and visual merchandising standards
  • Partner with marketing and training teams to scale standards globally

Store Signage & Promotions

  • Manage in-store signage creation and deployment aligned with promotions, product hierarchy, and CRM initiatives
  • Design traffic-driving assets and promotions to enhance store experience and sales

Consumer Engagement & CRM

  • Leverage consumer insights to design assets that welcome new customers, engage existing consumers, and drive repeat visits
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints

Market Visits & Analysis

  • Conduct market visits as needed to evaluate marketing execution and competitive insights
  • Provide actionable recommendations to improve future retail marketing plans and consumer experiences

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 35 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail brand/account marketing
  • Strong understanding of retail, visual merchandising, consumer experience, and multi-channel marketing
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms (Apps, Email, SEO, Performance Marketing, Social Media)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail
  • Experience leading end-to-end marketing plan development and execution
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform business decisions and optimize marketing
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to travel domestically as required
