About the Role The Company is seeking a VP of Marketing for its Performance Surfaces segment, which has experienced significant growth and has strong prospects. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy to drive profitable growth through brand awareness and demand generation. This role involves strategic leadership, marketing department leadership, brand development, market insights, portfolio management, and budget/agency management. The VP of Marketing will also be a key player in the company's rebranding effort, working closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with an MBA preferred, and at least 10 years of experience in B2B marketing, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role. Experience in M&A and integrating new businesses and brands is essential, as is a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.

The role requires a leader with strong strategic vision, hands-on experience in marketing execution, and the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels. The candidate should have deep knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and technologies, and experience in utilizing Salesforce/CRM to deliver business growth. Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills are a must, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. The VP of Marketing will be expected to have excellent analytical skills, be adept at interpreting data, and adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.
