The Associate Brand Marketing Coordinator is responsible for building and implementing product marketing and brand strategies with the Brand Marketing Director to drive awareness and sales growth for the ARRMA brand. This position ensures effective communication of brand and product positioning. In close collaboration with the Director and Product Development, the Associate Brand Marketing Analyst owns and drives consumer insights, product messaging on websites, digital marketing, social media voice, packaging, and in-store merchandising. The role also remains close to hobby communities through field and event marketing, serving as the voice of the customer while working to grow market share and achieve financial goals. This position also supports content development for social media, forums, and digital channels. Execution of marketing efforts is done in collaboration with Horizon's Marketing, eCommerce, and Wholesale Sales teams. Typical pay is $45,000-$65,000 annually. The final offer for this position will be based on the unique experience and qualifications of the candidate selected. This position may also be eligible for a bonus not included in the base pay range. This position will work on-site in our Champaign, IL location. Roles & Responsibilities Steward of the brand - understand the brand, its persona and be the voice of the customer driving meaningful insights back to the business and tracking performance. Product launch planning and execution for new product launches and various marketing campaigns including coordinating demos, collateral development, and sales training. Present sales training to the sales teams on new product launches for the brand Create post-launch campaigns and journeys to build ongoing excitement and drive upsell and accessory sales. Execute product marketing strategies that align with overall brand objectives and drive revenue growth. Manage the product lifecycle with an ongoing marketing plan and continued monitoring of consumer trends. Understand the brand persona and provide direction and content to Digital Marketing, CRM, Creative, and eCommerce teams to ensure optimal messaging and online content. Monitor and report on product performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement. Bring enthusiasm and excitement to customers through online and in-person events and interactions. Work with product development to understand the product line and future projects to develop a sound marketing plan. Research customer feedback on product and brand, including conducting consumer surveys, and implement action plans based on findings. Represent the brand at tradeshows, consumer events, and in product videos. Collaborate on brand social media channels and engage in other key online communities. Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in product marketing or related field. Entrepreneurial mindset to take ownership of the role and run the brand as if it is your own will set you above the other candidates for this role Strong understanding of product marketing strategies and positioning. Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and competitive analysis. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work effectively in a team environment. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with product launch planning and execution. Consumer product experience is a plus but not required. Curiosity and drive to seek opportunities to improve business performance. Willingness to travel (less than 15%). Candidate should be located near Champaign, IL or willing to relocate.
