Job Summary
The Windsor In-Store Content Creator Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping and launching Windsor's first-ever In-Store Content Creator Program. Reporting to the Director of Community & Influencer, this role combines creative leadership, storytelling, and program development to elevate Windsor's brand and in-store experience through compelling content. As the creative lead, you will oversee the production of short-form videos, static imagery, and social-first storytelling while mentoring store ambassadors to amplify Windsor's voice across platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and leadership, with regular travel to Windsor stores to bring the program to life through training, content shoots, and activations.
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Strategy Lead the creative, production, and editing of short-form videos, static images, and stories for Windsor's social channels. Develop fresh, innovative content concepts designed to drive engagement, discovery, and brand love. Build and manage a content calendar that ensures consistent, on-trend, and high-quality output. Partner with store ambassadors to mentor and elevate their content creation, ensuring alignment with Windsor's creative vision. Program Development & Leadership
Co-create and launch the Windsor In-Store Content Creator Program in partnership with the Community Director. Serve as the creative lead for the program, ensuring ambassadors are supported, inspired, and producing impactful content. Travel to Windsor stores to activate in-person training, content shoots, and special brand moments. Brand Alignment & Collaboration
Ensure all content reflects Windsor's brand identity, tone of voice, and storytelling style. Collaborate with marketing, design, and social teams to integrate store content into larger brand campaigns. Stay ahead of industry and cultural trends, leveraging new platforms, formats, and creative approaches to keep Windsor at the forefront of fashion storytelling. Performance & Insights
Monitor content performance using analytics tools, sharing learnings and optimizing strategies to continuously improve. Identify high-performing content opportunities and amplify them across channels. Key Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven experience
in content creation for social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.), ideally in fashion, retail, or lifestyle industries. Creative storyteller
with strong writing skills and a keen eye for visual composition. Skilled in photography and videography , including editing for short-form video and still images. Deep knowledge of social media platforms
and their unique content formats, best practices, and emerging trends. Content planning and organization skills
with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Strong collaborator
who thrives in cross-functional environments. Analytical mindset , with the ability to interpret content performance data to inform creative strategy. Flexible and adaptable , comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. Leader and collaborator
of key talent Able to travel regularly to Windsor store locations.
Physical/Environmental Demands and Overtime & Availability:
This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and the ability to move throughout the store, backroom areas, and corporate office. Must be able to climb ladders, lift, move, or handle merchandise, supplies, and equipment (generally up to 25 pounds), and operate necessary store and office equipment. Regular use of cameras, phones, and computers is required for content creation and communication. The role may involve extended periods of viewing screens, photographing, filming, and editing.
The environment is fast-paced, with varying indoor temperature conditions depending on store and backroom locations. Travel to multiple store locations will be required for training, content shoots, and/or operational support. A flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, may be necessary to support business needs and events.
