Define campaign strategy—including objectives, audience targeting, messaging, and channel mix—and implement campaigns in partnership with LinkedIn’s Marketing Operations team. Maintain and optimize evergreen acquisition campaigns by enhancing high-performing assets and decommissioning underperformers. Analyze campaign performance, identify key drivers, and implement data-driven optimizations to improve conversion and ROI. Identify opportunities to accelerate new customer acquisition beyond traditional marketing channels, such as partnering with R&D to improve in-product prospect conversion. Determine how to leverage the web experience to better educate and convert incoming prospects, including landing page strategy and content optimization. Qualifications

BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of experience managing digital acquisition marketing programs across multiple channels (e.g., email, paid media, web). 3+ years of experience analyzing campaign performance, interpreting metrics, and making data-driven decisions. Experience in the Ad Tech or B2B industry, with a strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems and customer acquisition strategies. Demonstrated ability to connect marketing strategies to broader business objectives, with a track record of influencing cross-functional initiatives across Product, Sales, and Marketing. Ability to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders, including Marketing and Sales leadership. Proven success collaborating with cross-functional teams—including product, sales, and technical stakeholders—to deliver integrated, high-impact marketing solutions.
