Corporate Member Strategy Office - Design Team Responsibilities:
Translating business goals and user needs into intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling solutions. Collaborating with UX strategists, researchers, content designers, and developers to shape holistic member experiences. Driving end-to-end design work from discovery through delivery. Designing and prototyping user flows, wireframes, and interfaces using Figma and other modern tools. Ensuring consistency across platforms by contributing to the shared design system. Aligning design initiatives with broader strategic goals from the Member Strategy Office. Balancing multiple projects while adapting to shifting priorities Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design, preferably in enterprise or cross-functional environments. Strong portfolio showcasing full-stack design capabilities (strategy, wireframes, UI, systems thinking). Experience designing for both internal tools and customer-facing digital experiences. Proficiency in Figma and modern design/prototyping tools. Ability to collaborate closely with developers. Strong communication skills with the ability to present and explain design decisions to stakeholders at all levels. Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design best practices Desired Skills:
Familiarity with financial services or member-first organizations Experience supporting both strategic planning tools and marketing/conversion journeys Experience contributing to or scaling a design system across multiple teams
