A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Principal Experience Designer Position type: Full-time, Contract Duration: 5 Months Location: Fort Washington, PA 19034 As a Principal Experience Designer you will:Drive visual and interaction design for the New Technology Suite, ensuring alignment with the company’s design system and brand standards. Collaborate with development partners to translate design concepts into high-quality, customer-facing tools. Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs that meet both user needs and business goals. Manage assigned design deliverables throughout the project lifecycle, from exploration through final handoff. Partner with the Creative Director to deliver a unified and high-end experience across the platform. The ideal candidate will have:Bachelor’s of Science or Arts Degree Minimum of 7 years of experience designing digital products, ideally consumer-facing. Strong portfolio demonstrating elegant UI design, UX expertise, and high standards of visual execution.
