Our client is a fast-growing, virtual-first healthcare platform that combines compounded medications, telehealth, and consumer wellness solutions under one umbrella.This isn’t a traditional compliance job. We need a unicorn: someone with a pharmacist’s knowledge of compounding regulations and the savvy to partner with a creative marketing team.If you’re the type of compliance leader who can keep a pharmacy inspection-ready and confidently edit a Facebook ad, influencer script, or product package so it’s compliant without killing the brand voice — this is your role.You’ll report directly to the CEO and shape how compliance enables growth, marketing creativity, and patient trust.Director of Marketing & Compounding Compliance Benefits and CompensationCompetitive base salary (commensurate with experience)Remote-first role, open to U.S.-based candidatesWork directly with executive leadership and marketing leaders on high-impact projectsBuild compliance systems that scale nationally in one of healthcare’s fastest-growing segmentsDirector of Marketing & Compounding Compliance Requirements & QualificationsPharmD strongly preferred; active pharmacist license required (multi-state is a plus)3–5+ years in pharmacy compliance or regulatory affairs, ideally in compounding or DTC healthcareDirect experience reviewing promotional/marketing content (ads, social, email, video, packaging, influencer campaigns)Strong working knowledge of USP , , , FDA/FTC promotional guidance, HIPAA, DEA, and Board of Pharmacy standardsAbility to design and manage scalable compliance workflows (e.g., intake ? review ? approval)Director of Marketing & Compounding Compliance Must HavesAct as the final reviewer for all promotional content (ads, influencer scripts, packaging, press releases, web copy, social campaigns)Translate complex regulations into clear, actionable marketing edits that keep the voice consumer-friendly but compliantBuild and maintain a centralized compliance hub/system (potentially AI-enabled) for fast intake, review, and approval of creative assetsTrack state licensure and Board of Pharmacy requirements, flagging issues proactively and coordinating with operations to prevent service disruptionsStay ahead of enforcement trends (GLP-1s, supplements, telehealth advertising) and guide leadership on risks and opportunitiesDirector of Marketing & Compounding Compliance Preferred Background & SkillsPrior experience in a compounding/DTC environment (Hims, Hers, Ro, AgelessRx, LifeMD, TruePill, Alto, Capsule, etc.)Strong understanding of packaging compliance (lot numbers, expiration dates, labeling rules)Experience balancing compliance with marketing teams (fast-moving, informal, creative-heavy environments)Familiarity with AI tools or tech platforms for compliance review and automationThis is not just a regulatory role.
