A Day in the Life

We’re looking for a highly organized, creatively driven, and marketing-savvy Creative Project Manager to join our in-house Creative team. Reporting to the Creative General Manager, this role connects both strategy and process through a Creative lens—collaborating with Brand Marketing and Digital Marketing to bring bold ideas to life through seamless execution.

From high-visibility product launches and national promotion to multi-channel digital campaigns and always-on creative workstreams, you’ll be the coordinator behind the scenes—aligning cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring every deliverable hits the mark creatively and strategically.

The Impact You'll Make

• 3–5 years of experience in creative project management, preferably within an in-house creative team or creative agency
• Proven track record managing creative projects in support of marketing, digital, or brand campaigns
• Strong grasp of creative development workflows (especially digital-first campaigns)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in project management tools like ClickUp, Workfront, or related software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Familiarity with asset specs and file types for digital and print media

Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation; this position has an annual estimated salary of $75,000 - $100,000. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
