The Advertising Business Operations team aligns strategy and execution by championing key initiatives that drive growth, innovation, and alignment within Netflix’s Advertising business. The team stewardes and operationalizes Netflix’s advertising priorities and serves as a central hub across the organization for Ads-wide business planning, operational excellence, first-to-market program incubation & management, risk management & business continuity, and the rhythm of the Ads organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple cross-functional programs that span sales, product, finance, operations, and GTM teams
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with demonstrated expertise in delivering complex, highly ambiguous programs with multiple stakeholders
- Lead change management and communications strategies for these initiatives
- Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis of program performance and track/ensure program and business impact
Qualifications
- At least 8+ years experience in the advertising industry, including 5+ years managing programs, with deep expertise in the CTV and streaming advertising ecosystem. Proven track record of driving complex initiatives in dynamic, cross-functional environments
- Strong operational backbone with ability to work with a high degree of autonomy
- Highly skilled in orchestrating multiple programs with many moving parts and creating partnerships with cross-functional teams
- Collaborates effectively and embraces differing perspectives to make better decisions
- Demonstrated track record of innovating, challenging assumptions and implementing better approaches
- Ability to dive deep as well as understand the big picture
Compensation & Benefits
Generally, compensation consists solely of an annual salary; bonuses are not provided. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. The compensation range for this role is $70,000 - $420,000, determined by market indicators and your job family, background, skills, and experience.
