Mission

As an Expert AI Animator, you will create high-fidelity 3rd-person non-player character animations that align to immersive gameplay. You will analyze human motion and implement the project’s required feel to bring NPCs to life, joining a team of animators committed to high quality work.

Responsibilities

• Use motion capture and hand-keyed techniques to create high-fidelity NPC animations.
• Implement and maintain animations using proprietary tools, continually evolving the animation engine.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to realize comprehensive NPC animation.

Experience

• 12+ years of game development experience.

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong ability in hand-keyed animation.
• Strong Maya animation experience.
• Experience with node-based graphs and building gameplay systems.
• Comfort with game engine pipelines.
• Ability to use debugging tools to identify and solve gameplay issues.
