Overview

The Retouching Artist (RA) provides design services for the Verizon in-house agency (IHA). Responsibilities include image retouching, color correction, compositing on assigned projects, and providing photo illustrations or low-res comps. The RA also supports prepress and production and manages the retouching workflow and quality control. The RA works closely with marketing, design and sales teams to ensure quality, color and image consistency across Verizon’s brand.

Responsibilities

• Perform retouching, color correction, compositing, and photo illustrations or low-res comps as assigned.
• Provide prepress and production support where appropriate.
• Manage retouching workflow and conduct quality control for all images.
• Collaborate with marketing, design and sales teams to maintain brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years professional retouching experience with significant experience across commercial and editorial beauty.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume workflow and meet deadlines.
• Experience with cosmetic or fashion beauty imagery is preferred.
