About the Role
We are seeking a Community Manager to oversee community building, creator relationships, and TikTok Shop activations for one of the top 1% brands on TikTok. This role will be based out of our Vista, CA office, where you’ll collaborate closely with the brand managers to foster a thriving community around the brand.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of social media, community engagement, and creator partnerships. You’ll be the point of contact between the brand and its audience, ensuring that every interaction builds trust, drives loyalty, and converts to growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage an engaged community across TikTok, livestreams, and affiliate/creator ecosystems.
- Coordinate day-to-day community activities, creator outreach, and TikTok Shop affiliate support.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with top creators and affiliates, ensuring they feel connected, supported, and motivated.
- Actively moderate, monitor, and respond to comments, livestream chats, and community spaces to create a positive brand presence.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and livestream teams to align messaging and campaign strategy.
- Support TikTok Shop operations, including product setup, campaign execution, and reporting.
- Analyze engagement data, identify trends, and recommend strategies to grow community participation and conversions.
- Stay ahead of TikTok trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to inform community strategies.
Nice-to-Have
- Previous experience with TikTok Shop, creator communities, or affiliate management.
- Familiarity with livestream moderation, production tools, or community management platforms.
- Strong network within the TikTok creator or affiliate ecosystem.
- A passion for health, wellness, and lifestyle content.
