Overview

Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Content Developer in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Stamford, CT. As part of a high-performing team, this content writer and editor will work on both long- and short-form content across tactics. Focus will be on emails, SMS, RBM and Auto Dialer copy; experience in those areas preferred. Content will be digital, emphasizing self-service and optimal online experiences, including through email flows. The candidate will use content management skills to collaborate across teams to work on complex projects with a focus on the tone, style and messaging. The candidate must be able to work on competing priorities at the same time and pivot from project to project. Working across teams and up to an executive and project management experience will be highly considered, though it isn’t mandatory. This person must be able to decipher complex content to write for key audiences and provide clarity in flows as this is a key component of success.

Base pay range

$30.45/hr - $38.77/hr

Responsibilities

  • Develop and edit long- and short-form content across tactics, with a focus on emails, SMS, RBM and Auto Dialer copy.
  • Produce digital content that supports self-service and optimal online experiences, including through email flows.
  • Collaborate across teams to manage complex projects with attention to tone, style, and messaging.
  • Manage competing priorities and pivot between projects as needed.
  • Work across teams and engage with senior stakeholders; project management experience is highly considered but not required.
  • Translate complex content into clear messaging for key audiences and ensure clarity in flows.

Requirements

  • Must have a can-do attitude and work well across partner teams and within a creative team that manages hand-offs of copy and refines it to meet deadlines and set tones and standards.
  • Candidates should have experience in a similar role, or substantial knowledge and abilities to perform the listed responsibilities.
  • Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus.

Pay and benefits

The pay range reflects the compensation we reasonably believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce’s sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
