Team of creatives designing custom IP. This leader will guide a talented group of creatives, taking complicated and licensed IP, and transferring it to new products to meet client demand. We are a local Cincinnati team that works across the USA and internationally.
Responsibilities
- This is not a marketing role.
- Demonstrated portfolio with a creative IP focus.
- Leadership — experience leading others, working with leadership, and partnering with brand creatives.
- Process experience, including reorganizing teams and design workflow.
