What are we looking for?
We’re looking for a UA Creative Manager who is obsessed with making ads people can’t scroll past. You’ll sit at the heart of our growth efforts, combining cultural instincts with performance testing. This role is hands-on and experimental: you’ll build scripts, produce TikTok-native creatives, operate creative tools, and deliver a constant pipeline of assets for UA testing. Every day, you’ll turn raw ideas into measurable results - helping us understand not just what looks good, but what actually drives installs and revenue.
What you’ll be doing
- Research and identify emerging TikTok and mobile content trends.
- Develop creative concepts and scripts tailored for UA campaigns.
- Operate TikTok creative tools to produce and compose high-performing assets.
- Manage the entire creative lifecycle: ideation → script → production → test → iterate.
- Run structured A/B tests with the UA team to understand what resonates.
- Analyze creative performance data (CTR, CPI, ROAS) and translate insights into new iterations.
- Collaborate closely with UA managers to ensure a steady flow of testable creatives.
- Continuously push creative boundaries, experimenting with new formats and styles.
- Act as a creative trendsetter, ensuring our apps stay ahead of cultural shifts.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Proven experience in UA creative strategy for consumer/mobile apps.
- Deep knowledge of TikTok trends, virality mechanics, and native storytelling.
- Hands-on experience in scriptwriting and creative production for ads.
- Comfort using TikTok’s creative tools (and similar platforms) to compose assets.
- A track record of turning TikTok trends into breakthrough ad campaigns.
- Strong grasp of UA performance metrics (CTR, CPI, ROAS) and how to optimize creatives for them.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment.
- Collaborative spirit, working hand-in-hand with UA teams.
