Pay
Base pay range: $70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
What is Your Role?
As a Creative Strategy Analyst, you are responsible for managing the campaign direction for multiple, high priority clients. You plan (ideate) and prepare (brief writing) compelling visual and written content end to end with a polished finish. Your creative and content enhances our clients’ paid media performance (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and more) with measurable results across a portfolio of brands. You bring ideas for net new campaigns and optimization ideas to improve performance.
You are passionate about consumer brands, particularly in wellness, beauty, pet care, apparel, and CPG. You have a keen sense of what consumers want and can deliver compelling messages. You communicate clearly, collaborate well, and pay close attention to detail.
Your work includes planning visual content for ad campaigns seen by millions, preparing engaging creative briefs to guide designers, and creating actionable briefs aligned with brand guidelines and tone.
Key Responsibilities
This role requires strong strategic thinking, a consumer-obsessed mindset, and the ability to produce effective content that sells. A creative mindset is essential and you should know what makes winning ads across industries.
- Ideation and development of needle-moving creative & content based on market research and content analysis
- Understand and drive business goals, including performance revenue, while innovating new creative & content types
- Brief preparation for content creators (audio, video, photography) with scripts, hooks, and shot lists
- Brief preparation for writers to deliver compelling, direct-response advertorials
- Post-production brief preparation for internal editing teams using raw assets and storyboards
- Creation of snappy ad text overlays
- Use analytics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, etc.) to optimize creative & content post-launch
- Collaborate with Brand Success and Graphic Design teams
What You'll Bring
Content: Execution Expert
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years experience in creative strategy across visual advertising (video and photo) in the DTC/ecomm space
- Experience with video content: storyboarding, CTAs, hooks
- Experience with image editing software (e.g. Figma, Canva)
- Experience with video editing software (e.g. CapCut, Adobe Premiere)
- Experience working in a task management platform (e.g. Asana, Monday) is strongly preferred
