Position Overview
The Creative Marketing Manager is responsible for the overall supervision, direction, and monitoring of all creative marketing activities at Verda Healthcare, Inc. and its subsidiaries. This role plans, executes, and manages the annual digital marketing plan to drive market share retention and growth, and oversees the company’s branding initiatives to maintain visual and messaging consistency for a compelling brand identity. This person will lead the development and implementation of targeted marketing strategies and campaigns to align with the organization’s goals and strengthen brand recognition. They will own digital and social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) marketing, strategy, content development, and performance tracking to expand Verda Healthcare’s online presence, engage key audiences, and foster meaningful connections with members and the community. They will leverage a strong understanding of Medicare regulations, including CMS guidelines, to translate market insights and business priorities into effective, compliant marketing initiatives. This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, related field, or equivalent education required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in managed healthcare marketing, including Medicare or Medi-Cal, and commercial marketing management.
- Minimum of three to five years of managed health care managerial experience.
- Strong understanding of Medicare regulations, including CMS guidelines.
- Strong ability to translate market insights and business priorities into effective marketing initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, multi-task, and present in public forums.
