Role Description

This is a temporary on-site role for a Newsletter Editor located in Madison, WI. The Newsletter Editor will be responsible for writing, editing, and proofreading content for our newsletters and blogs. Day-to-day tasks include developing editorial calendars, ensuring content accuracy, and collaborating with team members to gather relevant information. The role also involves communicating with contributors and stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient newsletter production.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Writing skills, Bilingual preferred


• Experience in creating and managing Newsletters and Blog content


• Proficiency in Proofreading and ensuring content accuracy


• Working knowledge of SEO and Wix, but willing to train


• Excellent organizational and time management skills


• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders


• A bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or a related field is a plus


• Experience with digital publishing tools and platforms is very beneficial
