Brand Strategy Manager

We're looking for a visionary Brand Strategy Manager to shape brand identity, lead end-to-end brand initiatives, including future premium product launches.This role will shape positioning, define and execute 360° marketing strategies, and ensure consistent storytelling across all channels.
The ideal candidate is experienced in fashion or e-commerce, with a strong background in brand strategy, campaign execution, and events. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners-social media, PR, influencer, creative/graphic, and product-to bring brand activations to life.
What You'll Do
• Lead brand strategy, campaigns, and product launches
• Plan and manage end-to-end campaigns, including influencer travel activations, local events, and cross-channel storytelling.
• Oversee events strategy and execution, ensuring seamless integration with larger brand initiatives
• Partner with creative, marketing, PR, and product teams to deliver cohesive messaging
• Conduct market + cultural research to uncover trends and opportunities
• Ensure brand integrity through storytelling, visuals, and partnerships
What We're Looking For
• 5+ years in brand management/strategy (luxury, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle)
• Proven success building aspirational, consumer-facing brands
• Balance of creative vision and data-driven insights
• Strong communication and leadership skills
