Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of modern, inventive, and brand-aligned designs for campaigns, events, print, merchandise, digital content, and presentations.
• Provide art direction and mentorship to junior designers, ensuring high-quality deliverables and proper use of brand assets.
• Develop style guides and visual standards for use across digital, print, video, and event platforms.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project objectives, target audiences, and creative goals, translating them into effective design solutions.
• Pitch creative concepts, present finished projects, and incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in a creative studio, agency, or in-house design team within the entertainment or technology sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Keynote); Figma a plus.
• Strong expertise in print design, including layouts, typography, and color theory.
• Demonstrated experience in branding, event design, presentations, merchandise, and experiential graphics.
