Marketing Director role at Adorama.

Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr.

What you will do

  • Deliver significant sales growth by driving improvements in marketing effectiveness and spend efficiency
  • Utilize metrics tracking to gather insights and drive course correction
  • Master Calendar Planning & Campaign Execution across all channels
  • Content Assets Planning with Marketing team and cross-collaboration to ensure assets are ready with 60-90 days lead time for every campaign
  • Timeline Management for all marketing departments to ensure 360 execution on time
  • CRM Email-SMS Campaign management
  • Content Design, Curation, and Photography for Blogs, Email, Ads as needed, including designing banners, Performance Ads, Reels
  • Active Participation in Photo Shoots & Collaborations for Brand Campaigns
  • Website Management & Content Updates: Web Banners (Desktop, Mobile), Featured Categories, PDP Marketing Content, Blog Management, Product & E-commerce Marketing Management
  • Oversee Full-Funnel Marketing Activities: email, SEO, SEM, blogs, partnerships, social media, influencer marketing, affiliates, referrals, PR and analytics
  • Drive End-to-End Marketing Campaigns: planning, execution and analysis
  • Manage In-House and Third-Party Marketers
  • Growth & Data Analysis: develop insights from Google Analytics 4 & Looker; use data to inform performance marketing, audience segmentation and budget management
  • Direct Social Media Campaigns: managing social media content and metrics; approvals on partnerships, collaborations and budgets
  • Collaborate with Leadership to Build the Brand Story; provide weekly roadmap updates and data analysis
  • Brand building: enhance brand identity and visual aesthetics; guide the creative process for cohesive marketing content
  • Work with the product team to maintain and update the website
  • Responsibilities may evolve; employees may be asked to take on additional duties to support business priorities

This role requires three on-site days weekly to ensure in-person collaboration, improved communication, effective teamwork, and real-time problem solving to enhance team synergy and productivity. A standard 40 hour work week is expected.
