Responsibilities

• Lead and manage 4 to 5 account teams, overseeing high-level strategy development and media strategies
• Deliver exemplary client service by maintaining strong working relationships and developing strategic communications plans
• Generate and edit various PR materials, including press releases and award submissions
• Maintain direct reports, assist in their development, and participate in new business processes
• Proactively engage in self-development and track progress against quarterly goals

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of PR agency experience
• Record of high academic achievement with a good degree and A-level results, particularly in English and/or Business
• Core consumer brand PR background with knowledge of corporate PR and crisis management
• Excellent publicity skills and a strong understanding of media and editorial requirements
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in running a reactive and proactive press office and handling incoming press inquiries
• A wide network of national consumer and business contacts across various media
• Ability to demonstrate creativity and innovative thinking in delivering impactful PR campaigns
