Insight Global is hiring: Senior Radio Frequency Engineer in Irving

Overview

Client is looking to hire 2-3 Senior RF Engineers in the Irving, TX area. Roles would be hybrid, 2-3 days per week on site. Base pay range is $100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr.

Location: Irving, TX. Roles involve designing and engineering cell sites with Samsung 5G solutions across markets, collaborating with facilities/engineering teams and general contractors (GCs) to engineer and enhance solutions, and optimizing sites for peak performance.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer cell sites with Samsung 5G solutions across markets.
• Collaborate with facilities/engineering teams and GCs to engineer and enhance solutions.
• Optimize sites experiencing performance issues and ensure peak performance.
• Coordinate all field activities around RF, A&E, transport, etc. to remove bottlenecks and ensure vendors have what they need to meet project timelines.
• Provide project updates to internal stakeholders and review Atoll designs for overall market optimization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in RF engineering.
• Well versed with Samsung 5G equipment.
• Experience with provisioning, commissioning, integration, and troubleshooting.
• Background with related vendor equipment (Ericsson, Nokia, Samsung, Infinity, etc.).
• Experience managing GC/vendors for onsite construction.
• Pluses: Prior Verizon experience (Atoll).
