Overview

Product Development Co-op - Radio Frequency Ablation (RFA) role at Arthrex. The RFA team in Naples, Florida supports engineering efforts related to the development and manufacturing operations for Arthrex RFA products. The co-op will engage, develop, and document product development activities for RF surgical probes and equipment with guidance from engineering staff. The individual will perform various test methods, including development of new test methods, and will be detail oriented in execution and documentation. The co-op will work within the requirements of their tasks to deliver results and communicate issues in a timely and accurate manner.

This Co-op will run from January 2026 - June 2026. The ideal candidate will have the availability to work 40 hours per week at our Naples, FL facility.
