Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end experience of a product, project, or feature and collaborate with cross-functional product teams internationally to create engaging user experiences for the Automotive industry.
• Work with Product Management, Product Marketing, Engineering and Design teams to define product goals, requirements, and represent users’ point of view during product planning.
• Design workflows, solution sketches, wireframes, and prototypes to illustrate the best solutions.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system; mentor junior team members.
• Verify and improve designs through reviews, validations, and formal usability testing with end users, including Design Sprints and rapid prototyping.
• Work with engineering teams to deliver designed workflows as envisioned and support post-launch corrections if needed.
• Apply knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau) in design considerations when appropriate.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of experience in UX Design preferred.
• 2+ years of experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.
• Passionate about Design Thinking; strong advocate for UCD, research, and testing; lean and agile methodologies.
• Storytelling ability to illustrate simple user stories; excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Agile, adaptable, and capable of delivering new products and features.
• Comfort working with developers in the presentation layer (e.g., HTML, CSS); strong wireframing and prototyping skills.
• Experience in conducting user research is a plus; a solid portfolio of phenomenal experiences.

Benefits and Compensation

Base Salary Range: $119,000 - $150,000

CDK Global is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Compensation packages are based on various factors, including skills, experience, certifications, and work location. The total package may include annual performance bonus, benefits and other incentive plans. Benefits include:
