Personal Video Member Services Representative in the Administrative Offices in Mountain Home, ID. Bilingual in English & Spanish is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the member experience by using Personal Teller Machines (PTM) and video platforms to assist members and potential members with their Credit Union needs; explain services, set up new accounts, respond to problems, assist with loan applications; process loan disbursements; assist with financial needs. Provide a variety of paying and receiving functions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and wires. Meet monthly goals and assist other team members with a variety of duties.
• Handle a variety of member service functions via PTMs, including basic teller transactions, answer questions about products and services including loan products, resolve issues and concerns. Report PTM malfunctions to management. Educate and promote PTM usage with members. Provide technical support using video technology. Accurately balance and process teller transactions on multiple platforms; balance daily transactions and check totals; investigate and resolve out-of-balance conditions. Stay current on Pioneer products and services (deposits, loans, electronic banking, video platforms, online account and loan openings, DocuSign, etc.). Use multiple systems to assist internal and external requests. Complete required training.
• Open and maintain consumer and business accounts and loans. Analyze credit reports to deepen member relationships and promote additional Pioneer products. Follow up on new loans and deposits, seek referrals, and protect member and Pioneer through sales of add-on products. Ensure timely and accurate documentation for auditing. Maintain confidentiality and protect Pioneer’s reputation. Develop knowledge of consumer, real estate, and business lending and account policies. Adhere to security and internal controls, service standards, and regulations. Serve as liaison between members and departments. Contribute to maintaining Pioneer brand appearance.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience: Six (6) months of similar or related experience.
• Education: A high school education or GED.
• Interpersonal Skills: Trust, diplomacy, courtesy, tact; ability to interact with others and influence when needed; ability to foster relationships with external entities.
• Other Skills: Excellent public relations, knowledge of Credit Union services and products; strong organizational, efficiency, and accuracy; professional communication; comfortable with technology; capable of engaging members over video.
• Physical Requirements: Very light physical effort; typical of office jobs; comfortable working positions.
• Work Environment: Normal office environment conditions.
