Location: Gulf Breeze, Florida (Innisfree Hotels Inc.).

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of website layouts and web-based applications
• Test and debug new and existing web features, services, and pages
• Collaborate with web designers to realize visual aesthetics and ensure a user-friendly application for design, UX, traffic, and content of the websites for SEO purposes
• Use coding languages to write scripts for websites or web applications
• Create web pages from the ground up, as well as posts
• Work under the supervision of a senior developer to learn and grow coding and design skills
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing project tasks on schedule and by interacting with clients
• Identify critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimize user funnels
• Plan, execute and measure digital experiments and conversion tests for websites
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and programming languages relevant to the field
• Assist in the maintenance and updates of websites
• Help with website optimization for maximum speed and scalability
• Perform routine site audits to ensure all components function properly and are up-to-date
• Maintain consistent brand messaging and design through all web outlets
• Write ad copy and Organic Search Optimized content
• Develop and maintain a report in our tracking platform for monthly review
• Be able to work in a multidisciplinary environment
• Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience using Wordpress CMS
• Solid understanding of web design and development principles
• Experience with coding languages such as HTML, Python, JQuery, JSON, and Ajax
• Knowledge of the Divi Visual Page Builder
• Good planning, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Great problem-solving and communication skills
• Strong project management skills
