About the Marketing Intern Role
Ready Rebound is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support our brand, sales, and customer engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for a college junior or senior who is pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field and is eager to gain hands-on experience in healthcare marketing. This role will assist with marketing operations, social media, sales enablement, and event support, playing a key role in helping Ready Rebound deliver on our mission of accelerating recovery and return-to-work for first responders.
Roles and Responsibilities
Marketing Operations
- Coordinate ordering, inventory, and distribution of marketing collateral (flyers, folders, promotional items).
- Support customer submissions, including printing, packaging, and digital/physical prep.
- Prepare and ship conference/event materials and maintain stocked conference kits.
- Assist in the creation of onboarding kits for new customers (welcome packets, digital toolkits).
- Support sales enablement by updating presentation decks and collateral.
- Track and manage inventory to ensure materials are available for sales and customer needs.
- Help create, schedule, and post content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Monitor engagement, pull analytics, and research influencers and trending ideas for content inspiration.
- Highlight customer stories, events, and milestones through digital content.
This internship is a part-time position with flexible hours, offering a minimum commitment of (15) hours per week. The duration of the internship will be (6-12) months, with potential for extension based on performance and organizational needs.
Job Requirements
- Enrolled as a junior or senior in a college or university program, pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with Ambiguity and Self-Starter with a proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); design tools (Canva, Adobe, CapWing, etc.) a plus.
- Reliable transportation.
- Flexibility and adaptability to pivot priorities as projects evolve.
