Title: Graphics Project Manager
Pay: $42.85
Hours: Monday-Friday; 8AM-5PM
Location: Racine, WI 53403 (Onsite at Sam's Campus, 5 days/week)

Overview

Seeking a detail-oriented Graphics Project Manager to coordinate packaging production processes and partner with external agencies to deliver high-quality materials. This position requires strong communication skills, project coordination experience, and a good understanding of pre-press workflows.

Job Description

• Manage graphics-related projects from concept through production
• Oversee packaging production process including pre-press, printers, and proof approvals
• Collaborate with external agencies and internal cross-functional teams
• Analyze and report on project metrics to inform decision-making
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements (e.g., EPA)
• Utilize MS Project Pro and Excel for planning and tracking
• Potential use of Esko's WebCenter graphics workflow tool and Power BI

Required Skills

• 1+ years of project management experience
• 1+ years of packaging production/pre-press/printing
• 1+ years working with external agencies
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to "tell the story" from data
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Team collaboration across multiple departments
• Proficient in MS Project Pro and Excel

Preferred Skills

• Background in Graphics, Art, or Design
• Familiarity with production workflow systems
• Experience with Esko's WebCenter
• Power BI reporting knowledge
• General understanding of regulatory packaging requirements (e.g., EPA compliance)

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any field required
