Responsibilities of Director of Marketing and Access Strategy:
- Develop and execute market access strategies across payors (Commercial, Medicare, VA/DoD), GPOs, and corporate accounts
- Translate clinical and economic data into compelling value propositions for financial decision-makers
- Partner with Medical to generate HEOR data and economic models supporting payor coverage
- Align with Corporate Accounts and Trade teams to ensure execution of access plans
- Contribute to annual brand planning with a focus on access strategy integration
- Monitor policy and market access trends, communicating impact to senior leadership
- Manage patient and reimbursement support services
- Develop access-related materials for field teams (corporate accounts and sales)
- Provide strategic input on pricing and contracting in buy-and-bill, Part B, and specialty pharmacy environments
- Manage market access budget and agency partners, participate in special projects as assigned
Qualifications Director of Marketing and Access Strategy:
- 8-10 years of pharmaceutical experience, including 3-5 years in Market Access
- 1-2 years of HCP Marketing experience preferred
- Launch experience in branded and biosimilar markets
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- Experience leading agency partners and working in matrix environments
- Strategic thinker with strong presentation and organizational skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- Knowledge of US Regulatory/Compliance guidelines for pharmaceutical promotion
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Ability to travel up to 30%
- Bachelors in business, science, or related discipline
Compensation & Employment Details:
- Salary Range: $170,000 - $230,000/year
- Work Environment: Onsite with 1 day remote
