Job Summary

LANEIGE US is seeking a highly strategic and creative Experiential Marketing / Events Manager to lead the visioning, development, and execution of disruptive brand experiences that drive consumer love, cultural relevance, and omnichannel growth. This role will own end-to-end experiential programming across tentpole events including consumer & community events, retail activations, and influencer experiencesbringing LANEIGEs world to life across IRL touchpoints. Youll partner cross-functionally with our Marketing, PR, Social, Digital and Education/Retail teams to deliver high-impact moments that build buzz, spark content, and deepen loyalty in a competitive beauty landscape. This role is ideal for a culturally connected events manager with strong executional rigor, brand sensibility, and a passion for creating scroll-stopping experiences.

Principal Accountabilities
  • Support Director of PR & Experiential Marketing and wider team in owning the experiential marketing roadmap across Laneige US, including consumer & influencer activations, retail moments, community events, etc.
  • Concept and execute culturally relevant, immersive, multi-sensory activations that elevate Laneiges storytelling and deepen consumer engagement.

Drive 360 Campaign Integration:

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Digital, PR, Creative and Social teams to ensure brand experiences align with broader GTM strategy and drive cross-channel amplification.
  • Lead as point person of contact for external partners including creative agencies, producers, and fabricators from briefing through post-event wrap-up. Maintain excellence in delivery, innovation, and budget compliance.

Measure Impact & ROI:

  • Define KPIs, analyze post-event performance (e.g., engagement, attendance, earned media, social buzz, sales lift), and synthesize learnings to evolve strategy.

Trend & Insights-Driven Thinking:

  • Stay ahead of beauty, pop culture, and retail trends to inform best-in-class experiential ideas and keep Laneige top-of-mind with consumers and creators.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 4-5 years in Experiential Marketing or Brand Activation, with proven success leading large-scale brand moments
  • Beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brand experience highly preferred (Sephora experience a major plus)
  • Strong relationships with experiential agencies, vendors, and creative producers
  • Proficiency in building event briefs, production timelines, and budget tracking documents
  • Proven strong project management skills with agility and precision (especially with multiple concurrent projects)
  • Familiarity with paid/organic social, influencer, and PR mechanics to maximize experience value
  • Able to think strategically while executing tactically in a fast-paced environment; works efficiently in a small, high-visibility team but also thrives working independently
  • Deep understanding of Gen Z and millennial consumer behavior and content consumption patterns
  • Support events locally in-person (NY) and occasionally travel domestic / international
