Title: Sr Marketing Program Manager

The Senior Marketing Program Manager leads the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale IMC (Integrated Marketing Communications) campaigns, ensuring speed to market and measurable impact, i.e. all core food, equine, vendor funded, sitewides, etc. This role manages multiple concurrent programs, builds and maintains strong cross-functional and vendor relationships, and proactively resolves roadblocks to keep initiatives on track.

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale IMC campaigns, ensuring speed to market and measurable impact across core food, equine, vendor-funded, sitewide initiatives, and other programs. Manage multiple concurrent programs; build and maintain strong cross-functional and vendor relationships; proactively resolve roadblocks to keep initiatives on track. Influence stakeholders and drive outcomes across teams; create durable processes and scalable workflows for program management. Qualifications
Deep expertise in integrated marketing campaigns, retail, and vendor-funded programs. Proven ability to create durable processes, influence stakeholders, and drive results across multiple teams. Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. Proficiency with program management tools and a track record of leading complex initiatives from strategy through completion.
