Lead the full-funnel acquisition strategy and optimize performance across paid channels. Own and evolve the growth strategy; actively test, optimize, and scale initiatives in line with the brand's mission and values. Build and lead a high-performing growth marketing team; champion a data-first culture. Drive brand love through compelling, full-funnel messaging and cross-channel campaigns. Set and monitor KPI targets; foster accountability and data-driven decision-making. Partner with relevant teams to drive scalable growth strategies in a fast-growing DTC environment. Qualifications
At least 10 years of experience in high-impact growth marketing with a focus on direct-to-consumer businesses. Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns; strong understanding of DTC functional roles in a fast-growing environment. Bias for action, comfort with calculated risk, and a collaborative, positive attitude. Advanced financial modeling and data analysis skills. Ability to set clear KPIs, foster accountability, and build strong partnerships to drive scalable growth. Travel: Less than 10%.
