Sales Development and Prospecting: Research and identify high-potential enterprise brands/advertisers to target that align with Nift’s performance marketing and new customer acquisition goals. Lead Management: Engage with inbound leads from marketing campaigns, qualify prospects, and identify opportunities to close deals. Solution Selling: Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand each prospective client’s needs, current acquisition challenges, previous strategies, and tailor Nift's solutions to meet goals. Deal Negotiation: Lead negotiations on pricing and contract terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements aligned with client goals and Nift's growth objectives. Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline with accurate updates from prospecting to closing. Category Expertise: Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market shifts to refine sales strategies and offer valuable client solutions. Market Research: Identify and research potential e-commerce brands with high growth potential, monitor industry trends, and provide insights to the team to adapt strategies. Presentations: Develop compelling, customized presentations that showcase Nift's value proposition and address each client's needs. Relationship Building: Build trust and establish long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at e-commerce & DTC brands, becoming a trusted advisor. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams (client success, marketing, operations, finance, analytics) to ensure smooth onboarding and successful implementation for acquired brands. What You Need

Minimum of 8+ years of experience in digital advertising sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in performance marketing client acquisition. Ability to understand client needs, recommend tailored solutions, and clearly articulate value proposition. Persuasive communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to connect with all levels of a marketing organization up to the CMO. Comfort with entering new market categories without a set playbook; an experimental mindset and openness to testing new ideas. Results-driven mindset with motivation to open new opportunities, hit targets, and continuously improve processes and product. Proven sales success with a track record of exceeding quota, prospecting, closing big deals, and established relationships with ICPs in targeted brands/advertisers. Solid understanding of the performance marketing landscape, including measurement, attribution, incrementality, and related platforms. Ability to translate campaign data and third-party insights into compelling sales messaging and connect client goals to platform performance. What you get
