Overview

The Outbound Channel Marketing Manager will own the execution, performance management, and continuous improvement of Lakeview’s outbound telemarketing strategy via third-party vendors. This individual will play a pivotal role in managing the full lifecycle of prospect dialing campaigns — from segmentation and script testing to vendor coordination, budget management, and call quality assurance. In this role, you\'ll collaborate cross-functionally with sales leadership, data strategy, and fellow marketing channel managers to deliver optimized outbound strategies that drive high-quality mortgage leads. This fully remote role offers a competitive salary range of $92,000 to $116,000, an annual bonus, medical benefits starting on day one, and a company-matched 401(k). Responsibilities

Own and manage the third-party outbound dialing channel strategy, ensuring alignment with lead generation goals and marketing objectives. Define campaign segmentation criteria in partnership with data and analytics teams; Manage the preparation and secure delivery of lead files to vendors for campaign execution. Launch and optimize new outbound campaigns, including test-and-learn initiatives focused on message and audience targeting. Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing leaders to align campaign messaging with broader originations strategy. Design, test, and iterate outbound scripts through A/B testing to drive improvements in contact quality and transfer rates. Leverage call analytics and conversion data to identify optimization opportunities and enhance effectiveness for both external vendors and internal sales teams. Facilitate monthly listening sessions with Sales teams to highlight top-performing calls, identify coaching opportunities, and surface messaging enhancements. Monitor and manage key campaign performance indicators such as contact rate, transfer rate, lead conversion rate, and cost-per-lead. Analyze vendor-level trends to uncover performance gaps and recommend adjustments to maximize channel ROI. Produce and deliver actionable campaign insights through recurring performance reporting and strategic ad-hoc analysis tailored to internal stakeholders. Ensure quality assurance and regulatory compliance by monitoring outbound call adherence to scripting guidelines and regulatory standards across vendor partners. Identify trends and patterns of high-performing calls and areas for improvement in Mortgage Loan Officer handling of transferred leads. Collaborate with internal QA teams and deploy speech analytics tools to scale insights across the dialing program. Oversee day-to-day coordination with third-party vendors on campaign setup, lead volumes, dialing cadence, and deliverables. Evaluate vendor contracts and performance capabilities to inform future investment decisions or reallocation of resources across partners. Serve as a key strategic partner to other channel managers (Direct Mail, Servicing, Digital), ensuring outbound dialing strategy is fully aligned with the omni-channel marketing efforts. Contribute to holistic marketing campaign planning, ensuring outbound telemarketing is fully integrated in targeting, message cadence, and performance reporting. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field; or equivalent relevant experience. 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, channel management, or outbound dialing program oversight—preferably within mortgage, financial services, or insurance industries. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and identify optimization opportunities. Demonstrated success managing third-party vendors, including performance evaluation and budget oversight. Experience with outbound scripting optimization, quality assurance standards, and tools for call recording and scoring, or speech analytics. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools is a plus. Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and operations teams.
