Senior Marketing & Events Manager, EMEA
to join our Events Center of Excellence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on bringing exceptional events to life, enjoys fast-paced collaboration, and is driven by data, creativity, and results. In this pivotal position, you’ll lead event strategy and execution across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and support EMEA-wide channel events. You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Partner teams to deliver experiences that drive engagement, build pipeline, and fuel Cloudflare’s channel growth. This role reports to the
Head of Field Marketing & Events, EMEA , and works closely with the broader regional marketing and sales organization. What You’ll Do
Lead Event Execution in DACH: Plan and execute impactful events—trade shows, executive dinners, Cloudflare conferences, partner gatherings, and more—to drive pipeline and customer engagement across the region. Drive EMEA Channel Event Strategy: Collaborate with senior event and marketing leaders to shape and deliver strategic channel events aligned with partner ecosystem growth. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Product, Localization, and Marketing teams to align event strategy with business goals. Vendor & Partner Management: Maintain relationships with agencies, venues, and regional partners for seamless execution and ROI. Campaign Development & Execution: Create event assets including landing pages, promotional content, and email campaigns; manage pre- and post-event lead strategies. Performance Tracking & Insights: Measure and optimise events using KPIs and ROI; continually refine strategies for better outcomes. Support Regional Field Marketing: Partner with DACH Field Marketing Manager to embed event initiatives within the broader EMEA strategy. Qualifications
Fluent in English and German (based in Munich or open to relocation). 8+ years of regional marketing experience, including support for field sales teams and channel partners. Background in cybersecurity or high-growth SaaS is a strong advantage. What You Bring
Deep expertise in event, channel, or field marketing with a track record of managing complex, multi-market programs. Experience working with sales, BDRs, and partner ecosystems to align on business objectives. Experience operating across diverse EMEA teams and cultures. Core Skills: exceptional project and time management; detailed, organized work; excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative and able to influence stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams; strategic mindset with the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment; strong analytics to inform decisions. Tech & Tools: proficiency in Google Workspace; experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Demandbase or similar martech platforms is a plus. Bonus Points
