This position is responsible for creating marketing plans and implementing long and short-term marketing strategies to meet institutional objectives, including positioning the institution through branding, marketing communications, and targeted activities. Responsibilities

Develops and implements marketing strategy focused on enrollment growth and brand awareness through integrated campaigns; oversee creation of marketing collateral including brochures, posters, print ads, videos, photographs, presentations, and direct mail. Assist in production of promotional videos. Oversees the marketing budget, including budget planning and reconciliation. Builds and maintains vendor relationships with the advertising agency of record, public relations, fulfillment house and others as necessary. Works with team members to integrate campaigns into web design, prospect nurturing campaigns, and all applicable operations including student services and enrollment services. Oversees compliance with institution design standards and trademarked assets; collaborates with the executive team and administration on special projects as necessary. Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards. Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in marketing. Master's Degree preferred. Six (6) plus years of marketing experience and experience managing staff. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Internet and web applications. ROI measurement and metrics development to assess ROI. Strong management/supervisory background with professional presentation skills and demonstrated leadership for campaign rollouts. Excellent verbal/written communication skills with extensive contact with co-management and internal/external customers. In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and financial principles. Extensive website management/creative experience. Ability to travel approximately 30%. Additional Information

In support of pay transparency laws, the expected salary range for this position is between $70,696.34 and $124,230.14. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors, such as experience, location, licensure and certifications, market factors, departmental budgets, and responsibility.
