Your Day Consists Of

Storyboarding, filming, and editing videos that simplify processes and make training stick.

Designing engaging e-learning modules with tools like Axonify, Vyond, and Storyline.

Partnering with subject matter experts and leaders to translate business needs into practical, compelling learning.

Setting up lights, cameras, and sound for on-site shoots across stores and distribution centers.

Experimenting with AI-driven tools to speed up workflows and personalize learning experiences.

Managing multiple projects end-to-end—keeping content fresh, timely, and on brand.

You’ll Be Successful With

5+ years building training content that goes beyond slides—video, multimedia, e-learning.

Strong technical skills in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with professional video equipment.

A knack for turning complex information into visuals and stories people actually want to watch.

Comfort juggling multiple priorities while keeping deadlines, quality, and details in check.

Curiosity for emerging tools—AI, AR/VR, adaptive learning—and how they can transform the learner experience.

Collaboration skills that make you a go-to creative partner across teams.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Multimedia Production, Film, or related field—or equivalent experience

5-7 years of experience in instructional design, content development, and multimedia/video production

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)

Experience with e-learning tools such as Axonify, Storyline, Vyond, Captivate

Familiarity with professional video equipment (camera, lighting, microphones) and post-production workflows

Strong understanding of instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, etc.) and adult learning principles

Excellent project management, collaboration, and communication skills

Familiarity with AI-enhanced design and development tools (e.g., AI-driven video editing, generative content platforms, adaptive learning systems).

Experience applying AI to streamline instructional design workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

Expertise in video storytelling, lighting techniques, and camera operation

Experience producing and editing short-form videos, animations, and promotional-style training content

Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript or AR/VR in learning environments

Experience designing accessible learning content (ADA/WCAG standards)

Voice-over recording and editing experience is a plus

Experience leveraging AI for script generation, video editing automation, or adaptive learning content.

Knowledge of AI-driven learning platforms, chatbots, or virtual assistants for learner support.

Understanding of how to apply emerging technologies such as AI, AR/VR, and simulation in learning environments.
