They equip our product teams with the precise inbound insights they need to build customer-focused solutions, and arm our sales teams with clear, launch-ready tool-kits highlighting the value of our products. We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to establish and lead support for Ads Product Marketing. This role will be a strategic business partner, providing key inputs, intel, and insights that help Product Marketing Managers influence Ads product and feature roadmap decisions and measure customer impact. Additional responsibilities include product opportunity sizing, management of business metrics, and ad hoc financial analyses. Key job responsibilities

Partner with Product Marketing Managers to develop high quality, data-driven analyses and deliverables that influence decision-making by leadership. Identify, invent, and track business metrics to understand the impact of Product Marketing and new product launches. Forecast, manage, and evaluate Product Marketing investments. A day in the life

Many assignments will be ambiguous and require a highly insightful, intellectually curious self-starter with good judgement who can assess situations through multiple lenses including the advertising customer, the product decision-maker, and the financial stakeholder. The successful candidate will also have strong business acumen, interpersonal and communication skills, and a proven track record of independently partnering with and influencing business teams, and working with various business units and stakeholders. About the team

The broader Amazon Ads Marketing Finance team works closely with Ads Marketing to analyze business and financial metrics, validate return on investments and business growth initiatives, and drive controllership across the organization. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science) 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience 5+ years of building financial and operational reports / data sets that inform business decision-making experience Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
