We\'re looking for a talented motion and video designer who can transform complex ideas and workflows into compelling visual stories. We\'re looking to grow our team with people who understand how to communicate sophisticated concepts through engaging video content. Just because we work in B2B SaaS doesn\'t mean our visual content should be boilerplate uninspiring—and our inspiration often comes from spaces outside of technology. Our team comes from the worlds of filmmaking, motion graphics, storytelling, and visual arts. Our team comes from the worlds of architecture, music, mathematics, and fine arts. In this role, you\'ll work closely with creative director Greer Chapman, our head of design Arjun Mahesh, and founder George Sivulka to elevate our brand through compelling video content. Create high-quality video content for product demos, tutorials, marketing campaigns, and internal communications Edit and assemble recorded footage into cohesive sequences with smooth transitions and effects Design and produce motion graphics and animations to enhance video storytelling Collaborate with product, leadership, marketing, and sales teams to understand objectives and translate them into compelling visual narratives About you
You\'ve got 4+ years of professional video editing experience, ideally in a B2B or tech environment You\'re proficient with industry-standard video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) You have a strong portfolio that demonstrates your storytelling abilities and technical skills You\'re comfortable with lots of ambiguity and can work autonomously Your interests and inspiration come from far beyond tech You work fast while maintaining a high quality bar You balance technical expertise with creative vision You stay current with video production trends and integrate new techniques into your work You\'re detail-oriented and have excellent time management skills to meet deadlines Compensation
The salary range for this position is set between $130,000 - $145,000. However, adjustments outside of this range may be considered for candidates whose qualifications significantly differ from those outlined in the job description. Life @ Hebbia
