The User Experience Acquisitions team focuses on end-to-end experiences that surface everything the shopper needs in the moment. We contextually bring the details of our products and services to their fingertips while collaborating with cross-functional teams to strategically deliver easy, personal and emotional experiences. We fashion the flow around the customer – what matters to them, and how they will use our products and services. About the Role
As a User Experience Designer on the Acquisitions team, you will work with business, product, and engineers to develop high quality user-centered solutions. You will collaborate with other designers, engineers, and stakeholders on multiple projects to ensure customers\' needs are met across all media. You will document flow charts, annotated wireframes, and other documentation that defines the user experience while providing direction to content writers creating specification documents. You will work closely with internal user researchers to support usability and prototype development. You will act as a user advocate supporting features and products throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring the best experience is implemented. A successful UX/UI Designer for the Acquisitions team can delve into details, present ideas clearly, grasp complex nuances, and execute concepts with clear artifacts within set timelines. Key Roles and Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define experience goals and strategies. Collaborate with other design disciplines to create intuitive and delightful user experiences. Collaborate with CX Researchers to conduct customer research and incorporate findings into design decisions. Define micro and macro interactions, flows, page structure, and journeys to enhance the customer experience. Clearly articulate design decisions to stakeholders. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business and ecosystem goals. Approach design challenges with a curious mindset and explore innovative solutions. Solve complex design problems while considering customer needs and technical constraints. Leverage user research, usability findings, and customer feedback to inform clean, elegant design with clear, intuitive steps. Education
Preferred Bachelor\'s degree in Interactive Media Design, Graphic Design, Human Computer Interaction, or equivalent experience. Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer Experience using UX/UI design software such as Figma is required Other desirable experience: Adobe Suites, Sketch, Microsoft Suites, Azure RP, or Mural Location, hours and compensation
This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is located only in the posted location. No relocation is offered. Senior UX Designer salary range: $130,700.00 – $196,100.00 USD per year. Salary may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Benefits
