Within the department, this role reports to the Director of Channel and Regional Marketing and leads external channel communications and internal communications. This position is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies and managing the resource portal to drive loyalty, growth of sales with VS&A partners, and to inform and engage internal teams to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, an exceptional communicator, and a collaborative leader with proven experience in B2B/B2C channel marketing and internal corporate communications. You will interface with sales, internal stakeholders and partners to drive alignment and execute initiatives. Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement multi-channel communication strategies to reach target audiences (partners, distributors, internal sales) and increase engagement and enablement. Draft, manage, and oversee all partner communications. Identify, create, and manage compelling content that enables the audience to promote and sell products more effectively. Provide communication support and counsel to senior leadership, helping them convey key messages to the team. Maintain and update all channel partner programs materials in collaboration with channel operations. Create announcements for new incentive programs, promotions, campaigns, and corporate updates. Collaborate with internal stakeholders on strategic initiatives that drive partner loyalty and sales growth. Plan and host partner-facing events such as webinars. Track and report on the effectiveness of partner engagement initiatives. Oversee the strategic development, management, and optimization of the sales enablement and partner resource hub, and continuously improve the user experience. Drive adoption of the hub by developing training materials and promoting its value to sales teams and channel partners. Monitor engagement and utilization of the hub’s resources and use insights to refine content strategy. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree; advanced degree in marketing or related disciplines preferred. 7+ years of marketing and/or communications experience. 5+ years of experience in B2B technology; B2B technology manufacturing experience a plus. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences. Strong understanding of marketing communication channels and best practices; excellent presentation skills. Experience in Salesforce reporting and HubSpot or other marketing automation tools. Self-motivated, critical thinker who can define, drive, and deliver objectives and is motivated to succeed. Ability to create and deliver high-impact field-facing content; thrives in a fast-paced environment. Ability to travel up to 15%. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely; employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position. Target Base Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 USD.
