We are seeking a
creative, collaborative, and results-driven Marketing Consultant
to support our rapidly growing Private Wealth Platform. This role is critical in helping financial advisors access alternative investments and expanding opportunities for individual investors. The ideal candidate will partner with business and sales teams, focusing on the
Independent Broker Dealer(IBD)
channel, paid media initiatives, digital program development, and other large-scale marketing campaigns. Responsibilities
Champion the needs of independent advisors and create marketing that empowers them to better serve their clients. Lead and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives, including email, social media, digital assets, events, and value-add programs. Deliver paid media campaigns: asset creation, targeting strategy, media coordination, budget management, and performance reporting. Plan and manage in-personand virtual events to strengthen advisor relationships and brand presence. Collaborate with sales, product strategy, compliance, and digital teams to align strategies and optimize engagement. Manage campaign effectiveness through measurable goals, analytics, and regular performance reporting. Support new digital experiences and lead generation workflows, ensuring smooth integration with CRM and sales teams. Maintain strong project management, prioritizing and delivering initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications & Skills
3 to 7 years of financial marketing experience (preferably within private wealth, IBD firms, paid media, or private markets). Proven expertise in strategic marketing, campaign execution, and advisor-focused initiatives. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities. Data-driven mindset with experience measuring ROI and optimizing campaigns. Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and thrives in entrepreneurial environments
