Overview
We’re looking for a
Product Marketing Manager
for a new, well-funded AI-powered insurance brokerage who can translate our innovations into compelling stories, go-to-market strategies, and tools that win in a competitive market. This role is at the center of our product, sales, and marketing engine—making sure our technology resonates with customers and drives growth.
You’ll be the bridge between Product, Sales, and Marketing. Your mission: turn complex features into customer value, craft packaging and positioning that differentiates us, run seamless launches, and equip our go-to-market teams with the tools, narratives, and confidence to win.

As the brand new business arm of a Miami unicorn financial services company, they\'re a fast-growing, AI-powered insurance brokerage reimagining how small and midsize businesses access and experience insurance.
By combining proprietary AI tech with deep industry expertise, they\'re building smarter, faster, and more accessible solutions that empower small and midsize business owners to make confident decisions.
Compensation and Benefits
100% employer-paid healthcare
Base salary DOE $140,000-$150,000 annually
$60 monthly stipend for cell phone
Beautiful, central office in Brickell with company-paid parking
Schedule flexibility
401k eligible on first payroll. Company will match up to 4% of gross pay
PTO in first year accumulates 120 hours in first 12 months
14 annual holiday days: 13 scheduled and 1 floating holiday
What You’ll Do
Define clear product narratives:
Translate technical features into simple, compelling value propositions tailored to SMB customers.
Lead product launches:
Build and execute launch plans (from iterative rollouts to major releases) that drive awareness, adoption, and measurable impact.
Develop sales enablement:
Create tools that teams actually use—one-pagers, talk tracks, competitive comparisons, ROI proof points, and demos.
Partner on demand generation:
Work with Content/Demand Marketing to build web pages, case studies, and campaigns that convert.
Drive research and insights:
Conduct competitive, market, and customer research to guide decisions on messaging, packaging, and roadmap prioritization.
Measure what matters:
Track adoption, pipeline influence, conversion, and win rate—using insights to refine strategy and execution.
Be the customer’s voice:
Ensure customer needs and market feedback shape how products evolve and are brought to market.
What We're Looking For
5–8+ years
in B2B product marketing or adjacent GTM roles (solutions, sales enablement, growth)
Miami-based highly preferred. (Relocation assistance available)
Deep knowledge of the insurance industry, employee benefits, and PEOs a massive plus
Exceptional storytelling and writing skills—able to cut through complexity with clarity
Proven track record owning launches and driving cross-functional alignment
Experience building sales enablement that demonstrably improves conversion and win rates
Data-driven mindset: skilled at defining success metrics, testing hypotheses, and turning signals into strategy
Strong collaboration skills across Product, Sales, and Marketing
