As a member of the corporate marketing and design team, the Graphic Design Specialist is responsible for crafting visually captivating and impactful designs that align with our firms objective. They will collaborate closely with senior designers on creating custom graphics, photos, and videos that promote the brand, drive new business, engage employees, and attract recruits. Key Responsibilities
Enhance the firm''s strategic objectives by applying knowledge of design fundamentals to create tailored graphics, photos, and videos. Work closely with the team to create compelling graphics and multimedia assets that boost the brand, stimulate business growth, foster engagement among current employees, and attract prospective recruits. Assist in designing collateral including custom invitations and support collateral for external and internal events, graphics showcasing industry awards, project spotlights, DE&I initiatives, community give back efforts, and mentoring/training/onboarding programs. Support ongoing corporate graphic needs such as job site badges and banners, sales collateral, presentations, social designs, and recruiting materials. Create custom graphs and charts to enhance client presentations or support new business pursuits. Maintain and update digital displays in each office location to ensure presentations are current and relevant. Learn, uphold, and assist with updating the company''s corporate brand standards. Other duties as assigned. Assist with creation and management of new hire employee photo process across all locations, including scheduling and taking photos, aiding in the retouching process with third-party services, and coordinating security badge requests and addressing operational needs. Support the organization and maintenance of photography within the digital asset management tool (Open Asset) ensuring it remains updated with the latest employee, brand, culture, and project photos. Assist with ongoing requests to edit and resize photos for various applications. Contribute to bringing the firm''s brand to life by capturing photos and video of company events. Assist senior designers with video-related tasks as assigned, including video editing, reel creation, audio editing and other video elements. Qualifications
Bachelor''s degree in graphic design is required; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Minimum of one year of corporate or agency experience with graphic design and photography/video production. Proficiency with Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office required, with a preference for photography and/or video production experience. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and successfully coordinate multiple deadlines and projects. Comfortable pitching design ideas, collaborating with a team, and providing input and critiques for projects. Adept learner with the ability to understand brand standards and design tools quickly and accurately produce work. Creative, solutions-driven teammate with high digital marketing acumen.
